We define a Definitive Outcome as a call we can’t take any further. If a client from the targeted list states that they aren’t interested at any stage, this is termed an Outcome. Similarly, if they require information, this is termed an Outcome. “We’ve used you before and are interested in working with you again” is an Outcome. These Outcomes will be collected, relayed back to you the client, and will be acted on accordingly. A “He’s in a meeting” response is not a Definitive Outcome.

Our commitment to quality control means that a senior team leader will call back after approximately one hour of an appointment made by our telesales operatives, to check that the interest showed genuine commitment. If the client wishes to see marketing collateral, we will obtain the correct email address and send out a PDF detailing our services.
