If we’re going to work on a telemarketing campaign for you, we make it our business to get to know your company first. We’ll research your company background, ethos and product line, familiarising ourselves with all aspects of the products and services you wish to market. We start by meeting with you, or the decision maker, to discuss your requirements, explain the benefits of telemarketing and to enable us to draw up a detailed marketing plan for your business We then provide Product Knowledge Testing for our telemarketing executives, ensuring that they are fully conversant with your products and services, to enable specialist knowledge to be passed on to your clients. We’ll present our business model to you to confirm you’re happy with it. We produce a contract for you to sign, detailing our methodology and the outcomes you can expect from us. We then meet with you again to brainstorm our approach. After assessing suitability, we then align a specialist team to your project. We are happy to use your contact database or we will source one for you, giving you the final list to check through – this gives you the opportunity to remove any companies that you do not wish us to contact. And then we begin. |
