After the decision maker has shown a positive response, the telemarketer will gather all necessary contact information on the company. We close every call by asking if the potential client is willing to have an appointment set.
If the potential client requires an appointment, we will then set up a date and time with them. We can manage your appointment diary for you, or we are happy to let you manage your own.
If the potential client requires further information, we will email a detailed PDF to them, thus building your own database complete with the email address of the decision maker. |
