Telemarketing Advice for Sales Professionals
Wolverhampton-based DJR Marketing Solutions is improving the quality of telemarketing by delivering practical advice and guidance to members of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM), the UK's only body for sales professionals.
Daniel Reilly, managing director of DJR Marketing Solutions, has developed a series of guidance on telemarketing called the ‘8 Great Ideas’. These are being included as a regular feature in the ISMM’s bi-monthly magazine called Winning Edge which is distributed to 10,000 individual members.
Membership of the ISMM includes those in sales and marketing positions and business owners. Daniel said: “I’ve been working in the field of telemarketing for 10 years and I come across a lot of business people who don’t fully understand what telemarketing is and how it can be used in their business. So I decided to create a series of practical guidance to help those who want to engage a telemarketing consultancy or those who want to make the calls themselves get it right, first time.”
DJR Marketing undertakes business-to-business telemarketing services including market research, database cleansing, identifying decision-makers, booking appointments/visits and generating genuine interest in a client’s products or services.
DJR Marketing was set up in 2002 providing bespoke telemarketing campaigns to SMEs and multi-national companies across the UK. The company is located in Shaw Park Business Village in Wolverhampton.
